DDA Update

The IMD is located less than two miles from the "loop" and is serviced by the "L" stops from the Pink and Blue Lines, as well as a number of bus routes.  The IMD District Development Area (DDA) is conveniently located within the IMD's boundaries and is comprised of 55 acres of land available for development. This area is located immediately adjacent to mature health care and university campuses.
